Booked a room with nice views of the ocean. The location in a beautiful area was amazing and there were trendy stores and a supermarket nearby.

Everything was amazing, excellent location short walk to the Zona Romantica, which comes in handy to return to the property at the end of the evening, good restaurants, and the beach and the shops, top-class staff. The room was very well decorated and had an incredible view especially at sunset.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful dining table on the balcony for fantastic family meals with stunning sunsets. The built-in grill was a great addition for enjoying delicious barbecues while taking in the panoramic view of the city. The location on a hill that overlooks the city allowed for easy access to everything I needed, from restaurants to bars, shopping, and the beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always wearing a smile that made me feel at home.

The swimming pool is nice, but there is no atmosphere. There was a one hour wait for fresh orange juice, only to find out they didn't have any. No snacks available, but you can order delivery from a nearby restaurant, although it takes an hour.

The location of the resort was excellent, situated at the top of a hill with easy access to the beach and great restaurants in the Zona Romantica district. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views and the staff there was attentive and accommodating. Additionally, the security guards and bell hops were friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pinnacle Resorts 220! The floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking views, and the hummingbird-themed décor was stunning. The master bedroom bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The apartment was equipped with a stackable washer and dryer, along with a large container of detergent. The location was perfect, within walking distance to our favorite spots and restaurants. We really appreciated the book with recommended restaurants, which helped us discover some new places. As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find facilities that catered to our dietary preferences.

We felt completely secure during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, situated up on a hill but still just a few blocks away from the beach and many amazing restaurants. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful individuals greeting us upon arrival and departure. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a spacious balcony, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine and dryer, making it convenient for longer stays. The staff went above and beyond and even serenaded us in Spanish while doing our dishes. a wonderful experience!

The noise from outside traffic can be disturbing at night. the hotel is located on a steep hill, so be prepared to walk uphill if you are not taking a taxi.
